Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Registered Nurse role based in Doha, Qatar. The Registered Nurse will provide direct patient care across dermatology, aesthetic, physiotherapy, and integrative wellness services, including assessment, treatment support, and post-procedure monitoring. Responsibilities include preparing patients for procedures, administering medications and treatments as directed, monitoring vital signs and patient responses, and supporting the use of AI-powered diagnostics in collaboration with physicians and therapists. The nurse will educate patients on treatment plans, aftercare, and wellness programs, maintain accurate clinical documentation, and adhere to safety, infection control, and regulatory standards. The role also involves coordinating with multidisciplinary team members to ensure a smooth patient journey and a high level of service quality.
Qualifications
- Valid Registered Nurse license and eligibility to practice in Qatar (or ability to obtain required licensing and registration).
- Clinical nursing skills in patient assessment, medication administration, wound care, and post-procedure monitoring within outpatient or wellness/aesthetic settings.
- Experience or strong interest in dermatology, aesthetic procedures, physiotherapy support, or integrative wellness care.
- Ability to use electronic medical records and comfort working with technology-enabled or data-driven clinical tools.
- Strong patient communication skills, including clear health education, empathetic support, and culturally sensitive care in a diverse environment.
- Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively within multidisciplinary teams, including physicians, therapists, and wellness practitioners.
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills, with attention to detail and commitment to quality and safety standards.
- Fluency in English required; Arabic or additional languages are an advantage.
- Bachelor’s degree in Nursing or equivalent recognized qualification; previous experience in clinic, hospital, or wellness center settings preferred.
